How do I analyze my first floor plan?▼
Sign in, upload a floor plan image (PNG, JPG, JPEG, or PDF), and run the analysis. Reports are ready in 60 seconds.
What file formats can I upload?▼
We accept PNG, JPG, JPEG, and PDF files. Screenshots from property listings, agent brochures, and developer PDFs all work. If the image is too blurry to read, we will let you know and not charge you for that analysis.
What languages are reports available in?▼
Reports are available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, German and French. You can select your preferred language before running an analysis.
How do credits work?▼
Each analysis uses one credit. New accounts include one free report. Purchased credits never expire, so you can buy them now and use them whenever you need.
Can I request a refund?▼
Yes. Submit a refund request within 7 days of purchase. Include your account email and purchase details. Unused credits and reports affected by technical issues are eligible for a refund or replacement credits after review.
How long are reports stored?▼
Reports stay in your account until you delete them. Uploaded floor plan images are deleted from our servers within 24 hours.
How quickly do you respond?▼
Typical response time is 12 to 24 hours.
