Each report includes: a Livability Score (0-100), red flags (critical issues that affect daily life), yellow flags (minor concerns), green lights (what the layout does well), a furniture fit check (will your bed, sofa, and dining table fit?), and specific questions to ask your agent. Reports are available as shareable links and downloadable PDFs. Most reports take 60 seconds to generate.

We accept PNG, JPG, JPEG, and PDF files. Floor plans can be screenshots from property listings, agent photos, or developer brochures. The clearer the image, the better the analysis. If the floor plan is too blurry or unclear, we let you know and do not charge you for that analysis.

Reports are available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, German and French. You can select your preferred language before generating a report.
